Return & Refund Policy – Chaos Branded Printing Co.
We don’t mass-produce soulless paper. Everything here is made with intention, handled by real hands, and often created just for you.
Because of that—this policy is simple and firm.
1. All Sales Are Final (With One Exception)
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Expecting something different than what was shown/described
If it’s made for you, it’s yours.
2. If We Messed Up
We’re human. If we drop the ball, we own it.
If your item arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Or incorrect
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
We will:
Replace the item, or
Issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible
No runaround. No nonsense.
3. Custom Orders
Custom work is personal—and final.
Once a custom order is approved and/or sent to production:
No cancellations
No refunds
If we provided a proof and you approved it, that approval is your green light. Double-check before you say yes.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change something?
You’ve got a small window:
Requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order
After that, production may already be underway, and changes won’t be possible.
5. Shipping Issues
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
That said—we’ll help you track it down like a bloodhound if something goes sideways.
